A Harnett County Native, Kate truly loves and appreciates all of the “small town, big heart” locations that North Carolina has to offer. She focuses on the Dunn and Benson area, but has also lived in Raleigh for the past 5 years and is in tune with the big city market as well. She is a recent graduate of Meredith College where she graduated cum laude. She served as Miss Dunn 2015 and went on to become Miss North Carolina 2015. Through that experience, she traveled every inch of our state and became very educated on all of the real estate markets, opportunities, and unique characteristics that various locations of NC has to offer her clients. She is passionate most of all about people and helping them chase their dreams. Client service and responsiveness being her number one priority, she is excited to work hard to achieve whatever it is her clients need. She is engaged and is super excited about starting her own family in the years to come. On her “off” days, Kate enjoys a good NC State or ECU football game, reading a motivating book, or volunteering with her church or in her hometown of Dunn. She is a member of the Johnston County Association of Realtors and is the spokesperson for the Dunn Area History Museum.
