Tell us the things you love about your town/city
Apex was voted best place to live in the US a few years ago. There is a steep history and a wonderful sense of community. Downtown Apex has charming shops and great restaurants! Nearby Holly Springs offers mainstream store options and food. Grocery stores so close too. I love to tour the Apex tour of homes every Christmas and Oakwood Candlelight tour in downtown Raleigh. Every thing is landscaped beautifully and its a safe, peaceful location.

Love letter to the buyer: Tell potential buyers your personal "story" of your home. Why did you originally purchase? What you will miss most; ie neighborhood gatherings, area benefits, and details only you can provide that make your home inviting.
Dear Buyers, 5109 Dove Forest was an immediate love for us. We were relocating for a job and hit the jackpot here. At first, we LOVED the porches and the southern charm of this exterior. The transom windows and crown moulding made us feel like this was a custom home. We ended up enjoying the balance of open and private floor plan. We feel spoiled with the privacy of the yard and of course the great closets and size of rooms! We will miss our neighbors and the amenities of the area. Mostly I will miss the great friends I made through bookclubs and the weather! This is truly a special home and a wonderful neighborhood!
