Love letter to the buyer:
We originally purchased this home in the fall of 2010 and have enjoyed 9 years living here. Our oldest daughter was 4 when we moved here from Virginia. Since that time we had three more children and brought each one of them "home" here. We have enjoyed many family gatherings to include BBQs, Easter egg hunts, Christmas parties, birthday parties, and family visits.
The things I will miss most about this house include the wall that we used to keep track of our children's' heights on. It is located in between the laundry room and the pantry and at this time it will have since been painted over. Behind the window seat are many hand prints that my daughter put on the wall as the shelves were being put in. I will miss the beautiful trees and the lovely view of the backyard. The two bushes planted between the neighbor's house and this one were originally bought in Northern Virginia, nursed back to life, and they LOVE IT where they are now. The osmanthus at the bottom of the driveway was a gift from my father and it was only 10 inches tall when we planted it.
This house is more than a building, it is a home in every way possible. The next family to fill its rooms will be blessed!
