Ever wanted a space for reunions, clubs or perhaps an art studio & workshop? Have an aching desire to show off your Green thumb skills? Maybe you just want privacy, some space and NO HOA or subdivision! LOOK NO FURTHER. Curious now? Good... you won't kill the cat if you come see this impressive beauty with it's soaring LR ceiling & wall of windows, open floorplan & TWO fireplaces! Master down!
We built our home in 2000 in order to live closer to our grandkids. Through the years we've had many happy times with them as well as friends and family. Our property has seen youth gatherings, weddings, parties, reunions, etc and will be greatly missed. Weve enjoyed the many hours taking care of our flowerbeds which was one of our passions.
Unlimited restaurants, shopping, night life of every kind, plus a great city to raise your children --- these are just some of the things that we love about our town. It is also close to the wonderful and growing small town of Wake Forest, NC and all the conveniences of a large city!
We live in the city limits but our surroundings say otherwise! One and one half acre with such privacy you'd think you were in the country! Lots of birds, squirrels, deer, not in a subdivision so no Homeowners fees so you're free to do whatever on your property!
Miltons Pizza is our go-to favorite restaurant. It is voted again this past year as the #1 restaurant in Wake Forest---family owned and operated! We also love Al's Barbeque within walking distance of our home!
We're a stones throw from Lowe's Food, subway, Taco Bell, CVS pharmacy, our bank (BB&T), nail salon, gym and 2 dollar stores, 3 gas stations! We're also about 3 miles from I-540 which very convenient to the rest of the entire metro area!
These are the grocery stores and conveniences close to home: Lowes Food,
Dollar store, CVS Pharmacy, Verizon store, 3-4 fast food restaurants, 3 gas stations, Bank, Nail salon, Gym, Food Lion, and Rite-aid pharmacy.

- D-PAC in Durham - NC State Fair, fairgrounds in Raleigh - NC State University, UNC Chapel Hill, And Duke sports events year round (basketball, football) - WRAL soccer field is less than 3 miles from our house
The things that stood out to us about our home were the openness of the living area, double fireplaces facing each other, master bedroom on main floor, 1 1/2 acres of land---lots of outdoor space, over-sized garage, and especially our outdoor Magarittaville! Party-time!!!
Gardening (we have a greenhouse), volleyball, horse shoe, corn hole game, badminton, board games, family reunions, graduation parties, weddings, pig pickings, retirement parties.....any outside event or any entertainment event would be beyond amazing at our home! Plus there is privacy galore!! Spacious parking too!
