We purchased this home to have a spacious and inviting environment for our family of 5. We love the large front yard and privacy of a wooded backyard. The large gourmet kitchen with family room is a great place for everyone to gather. Our daughters enjoyed having the upstairs suite and bonus room all to themselves especially since they were growing teenagers who needed their own space. My wife and I will miss the size of the master bedroom suite. It is truly the largest in our community. My wife will really miss the screened in porch facing the woods, where she often had her early morning coffee before getting her day started.

Our town is peaceful, has country atmosphere, but shopping is only 15 mins away and RDU is only 25 mins away! Geographically, we love that it has a scenic area with farmland and woods. It is also conveniently located between Raleigh and Durham, and very close to Wake Forest for shopping and dining. 15 mins from Interstate 540 and 25 mins from RDU airport.

We have a friendly community with so many great amenities like a pool with club house, play ground, fishing pond, beach volleyball court, and peaceful community to take long walks to get your daily fitness in.

We love to go to Wake Forest to visit our favorite Mexican restaurant Las Margaritas, or to Lafayette Village in North Raleigh to grab a drink and food at Lafayette Village Grill.

For groceries and other conveniences, we usually go to Downtown Creedmoor where there is a Food Lion, 10 mins down New Light Road there is a brand new shopping center that houses a Harris Teeter, and then both Target and Walmart are 20 minutes away in Wake Forest.

We have a few social events that the community participates in. Our Annual Summer BBQ at the Pool House, Fall Chili Cook Off, and every year there are a few homes that host a Super Bowl Party.

The first thing that really stood out to us about our home was the unique floor plan, with back stairs from the kitchen to a separate suite upstairs. Both the kitchen and master bedroom suite were the largest that we had seen in any other house that we had looked at.
