Our town is quiet but still close to downtown Wendell or Clayton. We also have good neighbors. No drive through traffic. Only one way in and one way out. Everyone maintains a nice house and yard.
We usually grab a bite or drink at Agave in Wendell or several places in Clayton. We also have Harris Teeter, Food Lion, Petco, 2 pharmacies and gas stations nearby.
Every year, we look forward to attending Archer lodge Christmas parade and Fourth of July fireworks!
The first thing that really stood out to us about our home was the backyard. Our only utilities is electric and it's never been over 200 a month. We recently renovated upstairs bathroom in Fall of 2017.
