We love all the custom details and upgrades in the home that you do not see in most manufactured neighborhoods. There is great storage space throughout the home. The garage is huge and so is the screened in porch which can be very relaxing to sit in. We will miss the stone fireplace, the upstairs loft and the great walk-in closet in the master bedroom. The unfinished bonus room off of the rec room has great potential for a future theater room.
Raleigh is a great city to experience a wide variety of activities. There are year round sporting events to attend. Both collegiate and professional. There are a lot of cultural events such as attending a show at DPAC, concerts at PNC Arena and a wide range of museums. There is a wide selection of restaurants to dine at. Not to mention, many walking trails and parks.
If needed, there are world class health facilities available.
We have a small, quiet community that has a family like feeling. There are only about 36 homes in the neighborhood and everyone is friendly. We are close proximity to visit Charlotte, Richmond, Charleston or Washington, DC.
Breakfast at Angie's in Garner is always a hot spot for locals. For lunch, we like to go to Sak's Deli in Clayton. For dinner, we like to go to Manning's in downtown Clayton, Anthony's Pizza in Clayton or El Senor Mexican in Knightdale. Coffee and a muffin at the Clayton Bakery and Café is a treat.
There are also good variety of grocery stores with Food Lion, Harris Teeter and Lowe's Foods. Easy access to White Oak Shopping Center in Garner and Target and Kohl's in Knightdale. Also, pharmacies and medical facilities are close by.
Every year, we look forward to go to the local Christmas parades or tree lightings in Knightdale or Clayton. Also, the fireworks display in Knightdale Station Park on 4th of July.
The first thing that really stood out to us about our home was the custom detail work inside, having a first floor master bedroom, a large screened in porch and a large bonus/rec room.
You will also enjoy walking or bike riding on the Neuse Trail and taking a child or a dog to Knightdale Station Park.

We've lovingly cared for the home and completed the following improvements: May 2017 - roof and house power washed, house painted with 15 year paint by Sherwin Williams and wood rails on front porch replaced with custom cast iron rails by Cast Iron Elegance/Raleigh. Custom stone veneer added to front of house along with shutters.
July 2017 - whole house water filtration system installed in crawl space
We also added a concrete sidewalk leading to a stamped concrete patio located in the back in 2010. In 2011, we had a stacked stone wall built around the culvert pipe and front yard regarded for easier mowing.
