Jamie bought this home in 2005, when we just started dating. Since then we have gotten married and had two kids. We love the home we just need more space! The back yard has been so much fun to play in and we really enjoy walking or riding trikes to the pool and the playground. This is a great neighborhood the neighbors are very friendly and helpful. We will miss it!
What we love about Durham is that it is a great city for restaurants and there is tons to do! Our neighborhood is very convenient to I40, I540, the airport, Brier Creek shopping.
We love to grab a bit or drink coffee at Brixx, Los Treys Maguyes, Panera, and lots of options in Brier Creek! For our groceries and other conveniences, we usually go to Food Lion, brand new Harris Teeter, Lowes Foods, Target, or Walmart.
Every year, we look forward to attending the Fourth of July Fireworks at Brier Creek!
The first thing that really stood out to us about our home is the private, tree lined fenced back yard. Beautiful vaulted ceilings in the living area. Lots of details; arches, cut outs. Tons of counter space and great walk in pantry. Also, the neighborhood pool and playground is at the end of the street, just a short walk away.
