You will love this house just as much as we have because it is a wonderful private home on a beautiful 2.59 acres with a small stream at the back of the lot. We built and moved into this home when our first child was six months old. It has been a wonderful location to raise our two children. The school are great - Salem Elementary and Salem Middle are perhaps a mile away. Apex High School is approximately 3 miles. The people you will meet are welcoming and it is a safe area. We will miss our barn and all the fun gatherings we had and sledding in the back yard when it snowed. Our home was always the gathering place when our children were at home. As they got older we have hosted many "Tool Showers" in the barn for their friends getting married. It is great for cook outs and is a real man cave. One picture that will stay in my mind is the back yard in the fall, with the yellow popular leaves amidst the pines, some leaves on the trees and some having fallen on the straw and the sun shining through. It is absolutely beautiful.

The things I love about (Apex) are.....the friendly people, good schools, the unique downtown and it has been a wonderful place to raise a family.

We love this neighborhood because we are convenient to everything yet we have the privacy that 2.59 acres offers.

We love having coffee or a drink on our deck and enjoy eating at Peak City Grill and Anna's Pizza both located in downtown Apex.

We love this area because of the rolling hills, all the trees that have been left and the general landscape of the area.

Our home is centrally located, yet private, to any grocery store you wish to shop such as Harris Teeter, FoodLion, Trader Joe's. Target, Kohl's, Old Navy, Lowe's Home Improvement, Home Goods, fitness centers, Regal Beaver Creek Movie Theatre and many other stores that you might frequent.

We love the area and look forward to (annual events) Apex has a festival for each season. We always enjoy Peakfest, Old Fashion 4th of July, Trick or Treat on Salem St and Christmas on Salem Street. There is also a Farmers Market on Saturdays.

The first thing that really stood out to us was the convenience of the floor plan for us. We liked that the kids and their friends could be downstairs having fun and we could be upstairs. We loved the deck being on the second level and the view it provide of the sloping back yard. We loved the small stream at the back of the lot.

We love the outdoors an we love having land around us. There is plenty of room for the children to play and to have outdoor playground equipment. It is a great place to entertain large groups of people. The barn on the property can be used for barn parties, oyster roast, man cave, artist studio, shop for repairs, you name it. You can also have a garden if you enjoy fresh veggies.

We love Apex and our home, selling is bittersweet because of all of the good memories!
