You will love this house just as much as we have because Fuquay Varina is not overly commercialized! It is a terrific residential setting, but not lacking in Grocery stores, Home Improvement stores, or restaurants. Thanks to the close proximity of all the freeway/highway infrastructure, Fuquay Varina is growing rapidly. The time to buy in Fuquay Varina, is now!
We love Northwyck because its proximity to town, and its spacious lots...full of trees and tasteful landscaping. The uniqueness of all brick homes, for which the builders did not cut ANY construction corners. The homes are very well built, and the finish work done, would now be considered upgrades. But truthfully, if we weren't having to relocate for employment, we would not be looking to sell. Northwyck is like a steady blue chip stock that is about to take flight! New and seasoned home owners are investing in their homes with pools, rod iron fences, outside stone kitchens, professional landscaping, and etc. This neighborhood and this home will prove to be a wise investment.
Favorite places to eat or grab coffee or a drink would be Mason Jar, Aviators, Stick Boys, and Tacos Mexico.
What's not to like about this area, it's one of the fastest growing areas in the country, thanks to the Universities, world class hospitals, tech companies, the weather and climate, the landscape, your two hours from spectacular mountains and beaches as well as great public schools!
Fuquay has an abundance of grocery stores, Harris Teeter, Kroger, and Food Lion to name a few. All within 2 miles of Northwyck.
We love the area and look forward to the annual air ballon festival, spectacular fire works, and Christmas Parade.
The first thing that really stood out to us was the quality of construction. When Wake County started to take off, builders cut corners to maximize profit, and to quickly turn houses. That is certainly not the case with this home. And we were drawn to the uniqueness of all brick home SD, close to town. Coming from hardi plank and vinal sided home, this was one of the best decisions we've ever made.
If you like to be active like us and our children, we love to walk or bike ride into town. The town has wisely invested in side walks and bike ways. With minimal traffic to avoid, it's great fun and exercise for our whole family.
If you've ever been in the market for a well maintained and babied vehicle, then you'll love this house. Both my wife and I are "neat freaks" and are meticulous house keepers. There is not such thing as deferred maintenance. I'm the annoying neighbor that cuts the grass 2-3 times a week, and my wife never stops on the inside. When my company decided to move us, there really wasn't a lot of cleanup we had to do. This house is loaded with upgrades, and we're allowing a carpet allowance, as we were going to put new carpet this year any way.
If you're in the market for a soundly built, well maintained house, loaded with upgrades, swimming pool, spacious private lot, close proximity to town, for which your investment will steadily clime, look no further. In fact, on a Wake County macro level, I challenge you to find anything better. Again, our loss (of having to relocate for work), is your gain.
