You will love this house just as much as I have because there are many happy times and some great meals that have been made in the amazing kitchen. The neighbors are very open and friendly and many times we share eating together at someone's home.

The things I love about Clayton NC are the various festivals and the free summer concerts and movie nights downtown. There is a small town feel to the place yet in a 25 minute drive you can be in the bustling city of Raleigh!

We love this neighborhood because of the neighbors! We have monthly "Flag Parties" voluntarily hosted at each of the houses in the neighborhood (people sign up who want to host.) It allows us all to get to know one another and make new friends. You basically provide paper goods and the neighbors bring heavy hors d'oeuvres to share and bring whatever you want to drink.

Favorite places to eat or grab coffee or a drink would be the Starbucks for coffee or the Cleveland Ale House in town. Also Deep River Brewing; a local microbrewery has a place to taste their craft beers and to hang out that is kid-friendly.

We love this area because it is close to everything yet far enough away from the heavy traffic and congestion of the city.

We have a Harris Teeter within the neighborhood and a Food Lion that is like 2-3 miles away.

We love the area and look forward to the fall harvest festival in town along with the various other festivals that occur throughout the warmer months.

The first thing that really stood out to us was the open floor plan and the gourmet kitchen.

Flower gardening and being that the home has the lawn and bushes maintained via the HOA, you can have carefree trips knowing that your house is maintained on the outside.

We have recently painted the entire interior of the house, March 2017.

We love that there are outlets built-in under the roof eaves at each end of the front of the house connected to a switch by the front door. It allows putting up holiday lights without having electrical cords draped everywhere. The extra 4 feet of space in the garage has helped keep things clutter-free and always allow two vehicles to park inside.
